More info needed on (Anglo Marine) Adventurer

Post by v8deanoncvrda »

I've been looking at this GRP boat, but can't find any information on this class.
(I have found information on the Adventuress, which should be 13 feet.)

Can anyone help?
11 feet?
Weight???

Hi Dean, the Adventurer was made near me in Clacton by the same company as made the Wanderer so probable an OK boat......

How are you fixed for sailing this year? Be good if we could sail together again...

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the info.

Sailing: = :-)
I should be at Staunton Harold (probably in a Minisail), Roadford(no boat) and at Hunts(No boat).

Shearwater is no guarantee at the moment. Aldeburgh and Bosham are both termtime, so difficult for me.

Do you have any other event suggestions?

Hi,
I used to have one of these, it was a robust though unexciting boat to sail.
I think there is still a flat cover to fit it in the loft somewhere.

Hi Steve,

Do you have any more info on this type of boat then? Anything you can remember or have would be appreciated, but I'm eager to know what sort of weight it is.
