Mark has just delivered his Moth to me for some delicate repairs to the hog under the mast support - anyone got a REALLY big chainsaw I can borrow, and a vat of epoxy the size of the european wine lake?!
Not really, Mark, I'll sharpen my scalpel tomorrow morning, and you can come to play later!

The ToY will be going to a new home in Derbyshire soon, I hope, and the British Moth will be able to get a new cover! Then, rather than going out and buying another old wreck to do up, I thought I'd spend some time designing a new wreck...Unless anyone knows of a Minisail going for free, of course!

Somehow Rupert's Own Yacht lacks something (humility, at the least) and Whelan's Own Boat not much better! I've long thought that a canoe sterned dinghy is a sector of the market that Laser, RS and Topper have been failing to fill, so maybe it is up to me...
Then of course there is the 6' skiff concept which has been getting an airing on the Y&Y site...Almost finished building Charlie's 7' canoe for his birthday (launch party on Sat, weather allowing!) so I'm in the right ball park as far as length goes! However, not when it comes to displacement.
