As a old Commodore of Mayflower, Walter Hobson used to say All Moths should be swotted. He tried Hard at one of the Championships for them in Plymouth in the seventies. One night all that could be heard was the sound of sawing and the smell of uncured resin from the dinghy park. A popular rumour at the time was one guy built a new boat overnight as his old one was trashed.
