Boat Jumbles and chandler's odds and ends boxes often turn up such things. What exactly do you need? some of us have our own boxes of bits to rummage through.

There are places that produce tufnol blocks again and they are good.
Classic Marine specialize in bronze made-to-order too.

I've probably got some bronze cleats spare.
