Well......the Finn has finally seen daylight. Just got a couple of fittings to screw on and the mast/boom to sort and she's ready for Clywedog.

WOW! that looks fantastic, great work Neil. Some what deperessed though at seeing what a resotration should look like, now wheres that Phantom and that box of matches. :D

Rich, you jest about the matches, I am making a half hearted attempt at restoring a 1958 merlin 908 and it ain't going to look anything like that!! :lol:

Well done Neil ....... absolutely blinding job.

Really stunning job Neil, I suppose the rest of Mickey Mouse is painted underneath the hull to tie in with his ears aka transom flaps!! See you at Clywedog - still not sure what I am sailing as both the Firefly and the Merlin are letting in water!!
