Hello Keith.
For what it's worth, the folloing info about 1356 was taken from my 1977 copy of the "Handbook of the National Twelve"
A Proctor Mark 2 wholely built by Wyche & Coppock and called Tiggy.

Would have thought it was a bit small and unstable for your style. Mind you, you could always rename her Tippy.

Hi alan

Cheeky, I have sailed these boats where you occasionally get your feet wet!!!, so long as I can keep the baccy dry I'm OK. With this one I may be sailing in a puddle due to leaks but it seems a shame if a 1950's example were to go to the graveyard.

No offence, Keith.
Sorry but I now have visions of luckless Rod at the pointed end with a plastic bailer in one hand, flask of coffee in the other and a sweat on.
Go for it.I'm sure you could give it a good home.
Book me for a ride.
I'm getting a little more than me feet wet at the moment and it's getting pretty nippy.
Role on Summer.

Alan

That brought a smile to my face, is there more room in a 12 than a Fleetwind I wonder!!!!

I think Rod would mutiny if I turned up with a N12 neverthless I will go and have a look and see what happens.

Went to look at the n12 today, not too bad, painted all over inside, hull and decks though so difficult to tell condition, some rot in centreboard but essentially complete.

But winner bought unseen at £246.oo. !!!!!!!!!!!
