I see people were having troubles logging in or staying so.
Recently I found if I put what I was sure was the right loggin password, it refused entry.
If I go upstairs to my main PC, still plugged in via ethernet cable, I can log on immediately because it has remembered the pw automatically, as it should on the laptop .
In trying to respond to a Tempo query, I got this message;
You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to enter the confirm code from the image you see below.No confirm code below! Zilche I tried a few times, nothing.
OK the simplest thing would have been to go and try upstairs, however having settled down after lunch to watch some TV I thought I would just re register as it may have blocked me out completely.
That came up as answer the security question, followed by a full stop(which I did only it said 5 times that I hadnt.
I even tried again with a :which was shown after the . {period./:}
The 6th time it accepted that, so I went to the different EMail addy provided and inbox as now registered, that said I would receive a further EMail after admin's approval. Fairdouze, usual form.
When I went back from closing the mail diolog box, magically, I was logged back into the CVRDA site, with my original screename GAv-I suppose it is handy to have a second one in reserve?
Confused, try Login.com
Re: Confused, try Login.com
I did wonder why you needed a second 'log-on'....?
But approved it anyway....so, yes, you have two now.
As you saw, each account needs its own email address. If you try and make a second account using the same email address....it gets a bit upset.

Re: Confused, try Login.com
Thanks Ed, apologies for any inconvenience. Maybe I was trying to put the wrong pw in but after I registered a new thinghy, as I say magically the page returned to the site and there I was logged in-better try logging out and in again. GAVin
Re: Confused, try Login.com
Nope, same thing happened, must have been the wrong password.
Re: Confused, try Login.com
But am logged in on the PC when I went into History
Re: Confused, try Login.com
I can reset it....if you want.
But of course, I can't 'check it' or 'look it up'.
cheers
