Ugly mug in Yachts and Yachting this month

Post by Stephen Hawkins » Mon Nov 14, 2011 10:21 am

When I was at the sailing club this weekend, packing up the Merlin for winter storage and repair, I was approached by one of the other members who informed me that I was in the mag this month.

Apparently a short article about the Nationals at whitefriars. I have not seen/bought it yet. But I did search the site for the picture....possibly the first of these.

I think Rupert is in the background, but one of my CRDVA tassles is obscuring his face......Sorry Rupe...

I sent them your (boat's) photo for the racing classes review. Nice action shot, though your crew is doing all the work!

Guilty as charged

If I lent out a bit more, then the boat would not be as heeled over....Flat boat = Fast boat

But you were posing for Karen and her camera! Far more sensation of speed in the photo than if you were flat.
