Keith,

forced change of plan I'm afraid. Following 2 weeks of sailing without damaging myself, an hour at work and I've done my back in again. Sadly, we won't be able to sail this weekend. Still deciding whether to go to west wales at all, but won't be camping or eating at Clywedog, I'm afraid.

Many apologies.

oh dear Rupert, you have my sympathies - I'm currently funding an osteopath's golf habit with a bad back.

Meh, shame I couldn't bring my 6, but it is in a challenging number of pieces right now...

but I am bringing the Yellow Peril instead, and the question will be, which falls apart first, my body or my boat?

There will be two yellow perils then my 6 is also yellow I am good at causing calamity and falling over in the most awkward places

Hi Keith, due to unforseen circumstances I will not be able to make it ( sounds like an excuse from a poor psychic ). Rob.
