This looks just like an OK that looked very old, but in good dry condition (OK the deck needs a fair bit of attention) at the Turks boatyard auction a few years ago.

not the same boat unless the deck hatches were filled in after purchase and the bow handle removed.

Yes, looks dry but the photos were taken when the trees had leaves. You've had a little bit of rain since then i believe?
