I am really low on numbers, not into double figures yet.

As it stands it will be a self catering affair as we cannot justify putting catering on for a small number of entries.

Depending on numbers I will stick to original plan for schedule otherwise we are so far behind with club events I will probably have catchup handicap racing on Sunday and Pursuit on Monday. We can sail to CVRDA handicaps.

Nearest shops etc in Llanidloes 5mls. Plenty of pubs, 2 fish shops, Indian etc.

We have full kitchen facilities, spare freezers and fridges so all you need is food and drink.

We have a small store of local ale in bottles.

Kate, Cassie and I should be with you along with Olwyn the Wayfarer.

Having got stuck on the hill leaving last year might have to ask someone for a tow for the wayfarer up the hill !!

Perhaps a smaller camper would be an answer?

Kate or I will give you a call soon to discuss timings.

We all look forward to another fantastic time at out favourite water.

Hiya all.

Finally.... I have shaped up to join the forum, and to confirm that I intend to come to Clywedog with the last fully race rigged wooden FD in the UK. The general idea is to show off and to have fun, and also to take anyone who would like to, and is up for it, on 'trips round the lighthouse', if there is a lighthouse. I'll bring a couple of harnesses, so you get to have a go at either end. As Keef mentioned, I would love it if anyone wanted to come out to play with me for the races.

Its a great forum, and I fully intend to shoot my mouth off from time to time.

cheers

Hi Everyone.

We have re-thought the catering side and we will probably do a local Pork curry for Sat night and probably a local beef bolognese (Sun) with basic pudds for £6.50 all in each night. Veggy alternative will be available and local ale too.

Basic catering during the day, snacks and drinks. Soup if it is a cold as it was this weekend.

Great to hear from you Alan, David and Sarah currently on their yacht in Lorient, working their way down the coast, returning sometime in June.

Regards to your Mum & Dad.

Welcome Julian, ( don't forget your passport to get out on N Wales!!, we drive in the middle of the road down here(too narrow)) I am sure you will get some takers for the wet position!!!!!.

'the only time it is worth deviating from a straight line on a downwind leg is if it would give a better shot angle for the photo or video boat'

fanx Rupert, I'll take that as a compliment!

Who wants to take their protein pills and put their helmets on?

cheers

things have gone pear shaped again. Her indoors forgot that she had been invited to be officious at an international event on the Monday. Still trying to work out a cunning plan to get there.
