How about the ToY for Amy? I can't promise to fix all the leaks, but I can have the boat up and running by then.

Amy would love the Toy.

Nessa it is touch and go whether we get there this year but if we make it what are the chances of a crew off the beach at short notice?

YOU HAVE TO COME!!

Crews are usually in good supply - we have a fantastic youth section as you know and many are willing and able to drop in at short notice.

Looks like we'll be fielding three or four Finns, another one has entered the fray:

Hi Nessa - another change of plan, as Kathryn has now picked up her lovely shiny campervan! We have cancelled the hotel and will be vanning it, with, I think, Charlie in a small tent.

No problem. Everyone needs to let me know when they plan to arrive if coming early, so I can let them in.

Beginning to look more likely and as we didn't sell the camper we will be in that. Not sure if its Friday or Saturday arrival yet and may need that crew especially if its windy.

Can I apply for a late entry please? I have managed to escape from a rescue duty at home club so should be ok for the nationals weekend now if you have room for another old moth and driver!

my Trolley Dolly refuses to camp so looking for accomodation. Travelodges on A14 seem to have some rooms but mixed reports on those, any recommendations?

Just the cat sitter to organise now and we're freeeeee!

Look forward to seeing you all

Mine's a Magnum 7 which was rescued from a garage roof in Plymouth a few years ago. It was built from 2mm ply with a layer of glass cloth on the inside. Despite a total strip down I never found the proper sail number on the hull but it must be one of about 7 made in 85-86. I still use the Needlespar mast with a jumper strut and a well preserved Sanders sail from 1993 so its as original as possible.

Pity Stu can't make it with his Mag 8 but he's on hols in Devon with the family. We don't seem to have been able to get to any events at the same time this year.

Thanks Nessa - hope she is good with 66year old boats, cotton sails, wooden battens, weighted centreboard, lousy helm, ribs etc etc. Looking forward to it.
