Many thanks Alan, I am collecting the boat this weekend and then hoping to kit it out and pass it on to someone for a fair price to sail at Roadford to increase our fleet.
The Vanguard is now complete, look foreward to seeing you on the water Sunday, when Neil returns we should all be able to get out together.

How can a Taylor possibly be a classic, only yesterday I lusted after one as they were the bees knees, or was it longer ago than that?
Glad you've got a mast sorted out. I wondered about buying the boat but then I'd never have got on with rebuilding the Fairey. Case is now out, rotten part of hog cut out and I'm hoping to start rebuilding within a week.
All the best
Peter
