Re: Hello, Newbie here with an Enterprise :)
Hi guys,
Sorry for the very late update! Work and other interests have taken up a lot of my time and the lack of nice weather hasn't exactly given me the motivation to get the work done on my Enterprise.
But after a spurt of motivation, I have finally had a good week of work and progress has been made!
After giving it a good sand, lots of filler and another sanding, I finally got 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of undercoat on her:

It was a hard choice beween Bondi blue and squall blue but in the end i went for Bondi blue. This is how she stands today:

Tomorrow I will start with the varnishing, i plan on getting her finished and put back together ready for me to take her down to west Wales Thursday night and weather permitting, have a good weekend of sailing! I think I have my work cut out!
Dan.

Just a few photos from last night, sailing at Llandegfedd reservoir. An almost windless evening but very enjoyable.

I am getting there slowly with the stripping/sanding.
I have also decided to fit some extra benches to make things more comfortable for my girlfriend.
