Aluminium sliding on aluminium in a marine environment - not going to last long. Quite innovative though. Note the seat seems to be positioned in one of two possible places.

Shame that the sliding seat has been messed around with so much (and also a bit pricey !). But interesting to see the photo - the aft part of the centreboard case is very different from my TOY - perhaps this is one of the late ones.
