Hi all, can anyone throw any light on est age and manufacturer of this beastie please?
There doesn’t seem to be any ident marks on it, other than a 1988 Class Assc sticker on the transom.

Re: Finn identification.....
It's not one I recognise, so it's unlikely to be a British boat. I'd guess a French builder, but it's only a guess.

There’s actually an indented number on the 1988 sticker thanks says ‘1118’
Re: Finn identification.....
That would be an IFA membership number.

No, but I recognise the club though.
Re: Finn identification.....
Trying to be a bit more helpful - it looks like a moulded in cockpit floor, is it? If so it's definitely not a British hull as the only builder after the rules were changed was Taylor, and they first made wooden, then GRP hulls with double floors. This would date it as after 1974 and probably before Vanguards became dominant in around 1979. The Finn register has a few Rogas, numbers 474, 497 and 510, or for a real oddity, 522 was Hyundai Finn. 527 was a Newport. I'd guess it is one of these.

Re: Finn identification.....
Thanks Peter, yes it’s got a moulded floor with fore/aft ‘ribs/channels. It’s got a large and a small bailer in what looks like a relatively modern drainage system, not a million miles away from my Devoti.
I don’t know yet whether I’ll be getting it, but there’s plenty to do if I do - but concerned by the amount of give in the floor area where the toe straps are attached.
Could be a great Wednesday night boat for me though....

Sudden realisation of the club and the connection.
