It used to be that in early april with the new season and first sail of the year we could all gather at somewhere like Baltic Wharf or Whitefriars for the "foot-fall" challenge. Usually won (as I recall) by Dougal's Merlin crew, ...or was it Roger??

This year I have found an alternative...
Silly me putting sails up in the loft! :?
