A long way off still, but Jetti and I plan to come with my Skol Moth. One small campervan, we can guarantee no one will have a smaller one! But you will like the colour

We will be arriving Sat morning and probably leaving Monday morning.

Two questions: Can Jetti bring/use her kayak? It's only a year old, not 50 like my Moth.

Would it be possible to leave the Moth on its trailer at the club for a few days after the meeting?

Hi Keith,

I joined the forum a while back, and have recently applied to be a paid up member of CVRDA but haven't heard back from he membership secretary as yet.

We are planning (if accepted) to attend the Clywedog Rally arriving Saturday morning departing a Monday afternoon, we are Richard (49), Oliver (13) and Annabel (10) we will be travelling and camping in our 7m long motor home and will be bringing our 1972 GRP Holt Enterprise #16174 if that will be acceptable. The alternative is to bring our 1965 Proctor Firebird #36, but that's a bit small and slow for the 3 of us.

We regularly sail at Sandwell Valley Sailing Club, Oliver and I are completing our RYA L2 sailing course this coming weekend to formalise our experience. He normally races a Laser Radial and is proficient at sailing the Ent either with me or his sister.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Richard

Hi Richard,

I haven’t received an email from you yet. Not to worry you can always give Keith at Clywedog your £10 membership donation if you like. I am not sure if we will be there as in the middle of moving house!

Hi Lois,

I filled in the online application form last week, I can fill it in again if necessary or email you my details. I'm happy to pay Keith the membership fee at the event as suggested.

Best of luck with the house move!

Regards,

Richard

Message for Keith.

For some reason I can't send PM's on the forum, hence my post here. Thanks for confirming that we can join the Clywedog event with our Enterprise. Please can you PM me with the details of how to pay for any event / camping fees.

Are there any restrictions on juniors sailing? Oliver will have done his L2 by the event.

Best regards,

Richard

Registration forms and payment before Sailing (see initial post for draft programme).

Usual Sailing club rules apply to juniors sailing.

Is it possible to see the club rules?, as a non member I can’t get to the Members Handbook / Club Rules. I just want to manage expectations with my two. Thanks Richard

I’m hoping to arrive on the Friday, either with the OK or the Finn, small camper plus small awning please. Nikky isn’t coming until Sunday, dogs coming the whole time. I would hope to leave on the Tuesday, though since I am unexpectedly unemployed over half term maybe I will stay longer....
