| Notes | Used as the 1928 Olympic dinghy, when the Gold medal was won by Sven Thorell of Sweden. The International 12 has recently seen a considerable surge in interest. The design is still enthusiastically raced in the Netherlands and Italy, but has now spread to Northern Germany, Austria and Turkey and is becoming established in France. New boats are being built (in both wood and GRP) in France, Italy, Turkey, Lithuania and Holland. |
