Frensham Pond Classic

Frensham Pond Sailing Club was 50 years old that July.

The club put on an anniversary event to which they invited the cvrda to attend.

This event has now been confirmed for 12th and 13th of July

Uffa Fox classic - At present this event looks doubtful!

There is a plan for Mike Dixon to put on another 'Uffa Fox' classic event on the Isle of Wight on the 12th & 13th of July. The last one of these was held to celebrate the Uffa Fox Centenary and was really great fun. However that event was run from Cowes which many found a little hectic.

The plan for this event is to try and run it just down the coast at Gurnard Sailing Club which is a little more dinghy friendly than Cowes.

Really the event is just for 'Uffa Fox' designs, but we might be able to persuade Mike Dixon to expand the event to include other 'Classic' dinghies.

Ed will contact Mike Dixon and see what the plans are. If you can make it, it really will be a great fun event.
