On the Saturday the sailing will reflect the rules applied during
1907 and before at Trent valley S.C. where the sailing took place
between specific times. Crews launched their boat and proceeded
around a set course and the time was logged. With gentlemen in
their Sunday best, the boat that sailed the course in the shortest
time won the day.
This format will be followed and three attempts at the course
wil be allowed between 10a.m. start and 4:30p.m. finish. The shortest
time taken will be used..
In the evening there will be a formal summer ball (dinner jackets
and posh frocks) which must be pre-booked.
On Sunday the sailing will revert to traditional formats
