The Baltic Wharf Rally is definitely happening this year.
However there are a couple of things to note:
– Cumberland Road is currently closed to traffic from the west (Hotwells/Portway/M5 end). You can still access Baltic Wharf from the east (City Centre/Bedminster) – Commercial Road then Cumberland Road.
– The changing rooms are still closed so expect to change in your car or come ready to sail.
