national small boats register

Details of plans by the National Maritime Museum Cornwall as part of their work as holders of the National Small Boats Collection to start a register of boats of historic interest under 40ft.

This will include racing dinghies as we know and love them.

This is a big project and will certainly need the help of all the classic class associations as well as the museums and collectors.

The cvrda is keen to be involved in these plans and hopes to work with the NMMC to make the register a vibrant and ongoing 'virtual' collection.
