Please note, this is an online offer only and will bring the fees down to £10 per boat per day. If any participants want to book via a member of staff they will need to pay £15 per boat per day.
More information regarding the booking process below, please share to help promote pre-bookings;
1. Select ‘Roadford Day Launch’
2. Click the ‘available’ button
3. Amend the start date and end date (we recommend booking both day launch passes at the same time as it will speed up your booking process and you only need to complete one guest form and disclaimer for each person. Separate bookings require these documents completed each time).
4. Select the number of participants taking part in activities.
5. Select the amount of sailing dinghies your launching.
6. Click ‘Apply promo or voucher’ and then enter ‘CVRDA10’
8. Enter all of your personal information, this includes the name of your third party insurance company and expiry date of the policy.
9. Once completed, you will be required to make payment via card. An invoice will be emailed across to you instantly, double check that the email hasn’t got junk.
10. At the bottom of your invoice, there is a blue ‘complete guest details’ box. Please click this box and complete the guest form and disclaimer per participant prior to checking in at reception.
All persons are required to check in at reception each day to collect the day launch pass for that day. It acts as a tally so these passes need to be shown to the staff member at the hut on the slipway. There is a hook board to hang them on before launching the boat. On return please remove them from the board.
The centre has camping on site which is bookable online at Roadford Lake Camping This is a commercial operation and will need to be booked well in advance on summer weekends.
