This site is far from complete yet, but aims to be a comprehensive database of dinghies sailed in Britain. The Index Page has jumps to pages about each class, and the Dinghy People section has brief details of some of the major designers and builders and other persons of note.
Many classes have an active class association with a link to their website given so we have left them to give more information on the class and concentrated on those without an association to promote them.
The database includes some information on dighies from other countries (notably French dinghies (Deriveurs)) and also some multihulls and keel boats. Information and facts are frequently added.
